How To Do It

Look for a calm place where you can sit down on the floor calmly for 5 minutes.

No interruptions, no distracting noise. Just you and peace. The process:

➤ Set a timer for 5 minutes before beginning the meditation exercise

➤ Now, sit down forming a lotus position with your legs while keeping your spine straight.

➤ Relax all of your muscles and close your eyes

➤ Focus on your breath. Feel how the air comes in through your nose and how it leaves your body through your mouth

➤ When a thought interrupts your focus, shift it back to your breath. Do it any time it happens and don’t be upset, because it’s part of the exercise.

Do it until the timer rings and that’s all.
